Fevrier LaTaniere was born in Stromgarde. Third daughter of a bourgeois family of tanners and leather workers, Fevrier knew many creature comforts. At age 5, her family fled Stromgarde for the safety of Lordaeron when Khaz Moden came under siege. After 2 years, her family finally settled in Hearthglen fearing that Hillsbrad was not safe enough.
Life resumed it's normal pace, with the laTanières building up the business in their new home. Life was not to be peaceful for long, for the plagues slowly started to claim land and lives as the mysterious diseases spread throughout Tirisfal. At age 11, her parents fell ill, along with a good deal of the townsfolk. Those who survived were gathered and quarantined at a local temple for their safe keeping. Little was know of the plagues in the beginning, so many were fearful of how it could spread. Isolated, at the temple of the Light, Fevrier learned of patience and of faith and she became impassioned by it.
When the plagues continued to spread further, Fevrier, among other young girls, called Les Soeurs de la Lumière, were sent to other human lands for the purpose of training in healing. The hope was that, one day, they would be returning to the North and reclaiming their homelands and help rebuild Lordearon. With her strongly accented common, the youth set out to the south where the humans still held strong.
In her young teens, Fevrier ended up finally in the Northshire Abbey where she met and quickly befriended a talented acolyte by the name of Lander. The two became fast friends, and studied together till they graduated to priesthood.
Though Fevrier still calls herself a nun, a sister of the Light rather than a priestess, her powers can be both wondrous and unforgiving. Her vengefull quest to rid her homeland of the plague has led her to the darker side of the priesthood, embracing the power of Shadow to lend strength to her convictions. Though she still holds that the power of Light will ultimately win, and learns of the disciplines of the holy side of her faith. She is quick to user her shadow spells and abilities to dispatch of those who dare cross her.
The priestess is soft spoken and kind-hearted, despite her drive to rid her homeland of undead. She still bears a strong accent from her homeland which makes her often-times self-conscious and a bit reserved. Still she follows Lander through the trials of life in Azeroth and aims one day to return to her birthplace that the Forsaken now call home.
Recently she has learned from her cousin that some of her family may still have survived. Having fled to the dome of Dolanar, she is both comforted and concerned. Surely they must be safe within the magic barrier, but what is transpiring within is anyone's guess, and those Dolanar mages remaining on the outside are keping all knowledge of the events to themselves - refusing to speak while keeping vigilance of what remains of human occupied Silverpine Forest.
